Born in Melbourne, Ashley Garvey grew up in a city with the love of food. But it wasn’t until he left school at the age of 15 to work in a professional kitchen that he developed a passion for cooking.
Combining years of expertise, career on Michelin Starred restaurants and passion in cooking, chef Ashley Garvey brings innovative ideas to the table by incorporating modern Asian flavor using the finest local ingredients that can be found around the island.

I travel often and this is up there with one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. This is the reason I am now booking all my hotels through the spg group.
Staff were amazing and looked after every request. Its the little things that make a Hotel good to great, such as ease of reservations with concierge, Staff providing the Australian newspaper after learning you read that last time you had breakfast or the room set up with music playing as you walk in. There are many hotels that miss little details but this is one that doesn't .
