Third time stay at this hotel, 1st time was no SPG member, this time just book garden room, hope to upgrade to best room, ocean facing was granted, wow suite not available , since they only have 4 rooms and all is fully booked, after a brief nego, with small fee, upgraded to 1br villa, wow, such a sweet offer, attentive staff, mr Ek an ms Mr make sure your needs all fulfill, althou need about 1 hour to prepare n refresh the room, i just chill around with free welcome drink, exchange welcome amenities to BF-which is awesome as always, villa given was the nearest to main building, just 20m walkaways-awesome, room service was awesome, very fast, will come back again for sure, keep the good work
