PUTU SUADYANA // FOUR POINTS SEMINYAK
BULUNG MEBASA ICAK ICAK
Putu Suadnyana of Four Points by Sheraton Bali, Seminyak claims he was born with a spatula in hand. His dish served as an appetizer is inspired by his family’s weekend meal ritual – a mix of seaweed and shrimp that become a signature treat on his household until today.
I MADE RADITYA // W BALI SEMINYAK
BE PASIH MENYATNYAT PESAN BE PASIH
I Made Raditya of W Bali Seminyak started his culinary career working at a small restaurant by the beach in Legian and has the ultimate dream to make Balinese cuisine become worldly renowned. His fish dish is inspired by his early days of visiting the fish market with his mother and creating innovative dishes with added traditional ingredients, such as Balinese spices and cassava leaves.
